We are pleased to inform you that IITM College of Pharmacy is now welcoming students for Physical Counselling for admission to the following courses: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy).      Eligible students, including those under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) categories, are invited to participate in the counselling process.

Terms & Conditions

  • Candidate should be eligible as per college guidelines. If the candidate is still pursuing class 12th, however, provisional admission will be granted till submission of final result and documents.
  • The college fee is the amount payable by the student, which includes Tuition fee, Development fund, Student fund & other charges.
  • Your seat will be provisionally booked upon acknowledging the offer letter and paying the booking amount.
  • CR fee and University Examination fee will be charged over and above the tuition fee and shall be applicable as per the discretion of the affiliated university.
  • Scholarship offered, if any, is only applicable on specific offer details mentioned above. In case there is any change, a revised offer letter will be issued as per the applicable guidelines.
  • Please note that by accepting the offer, you convey your understanding and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions mentioned. This offer of admission will automatically lapse if you do not fulfill the above requirements within the specified deadlines.
  • Any announcement regarding the commencement of classes, fee schedule, placements will be done only through official email ID.
  • In case a candidate seeks refund against his/her college admission.
  • College refund policy after class commencement According to AICTE / UGC guidelines, you can ask for a refund anytime before or after the commencement of the classes. An amount up to ₹ 1,000/- or 10% of the fees paid (whichever is lower) will be deducted as a processing fee.
  • Candidate should be eligible as per college guidelines. If the candidate is still pursuing class 12th, however, provisional admission will be granted till submission of final result and documents.
  • The registration fee and all subsequent fees must be deposited only into the official college account as per the details provided above. If any individual or company requests payment to any other account, such a request should be treated as fraudulent. The college shall not be responsible for any financial or other losses arising from such transactions.
  • The candidate has to make the first sem fee payment as mentioned in the fee payment schedule or on the date of reporting whichever is earlier.
  • In case Candidate is unable to submit the required documents at the time of registration, the admission may be cancelled, and any refund will be initiated strictly as per the applicable refund policy.
  • Sunstone only provides admission support, imparts skills and training to equip students to be industry ready and assists colleges by providing corporate placements.
  • Any additional fee will be charged as per the college discretion.
  • Students are required to make fee payments according to the fee schedule, regardless of the source of financing (NBFC/ Government schemes). Once the college receives payment from the source, the amount will be refunded to the student.
